One of the co-creators of the popular Roll20 virtual tabletop Roll20 has revealed Wyld Land, a free to play bullet hell MMO. Made in the spirit of similar games like Realm of the Mad God and Nuclear Throne, it's sure to be a delight for bullet hell fans that want an easy game to quickly jump into.
A demo is available now, although it appears to be fully-featured. Giving you "over 30 hours of content, including 14 dungeons to explore and unique bosses to encounter" and I've tested it working perfectly on Linux with the latest Proton 9.0-4.

Features:
- Intense bullet hell combat: Masterfully maneuver through waves of bullets as you unleash destruction. Wield assault rifles, fusion cannons, and more.
- Built for solo and multiplayer: Dive into the run alone or team up with runners in real-time. Wyld Land’s servers are purpose-built for the most frenetic twitch gameplay.
- Death is not the end: You can’t retrieve your equipment if you’re dead. But persistent upgrades – known as Echoes – gradually make you better prepared for your next run.
- Deep build customization: Customize your build through equipment, mix and match weapons, and discover new abilities mid-run to create your perfect dungeon delving character.
- Ever-changing dungeons: Dungeons in Wyld Land are procedurally generated – no run is ever the same. And when you’re ready for the next challenge, mutate the world through corrupted shards. The bigger the challenge, the greater the rewards.
