Football Manager 2017 is the latest in the line of FM games from Sports Interactive and SEGA and it supports Linux once again. The developers confirmed to me on twitter that Linux is included in the beta.
Here's something fun, Shallow Space has been re-working to be an open-world space game and the beta is now on Linux. The developer said getting it working on Linux helped overall performance.
Earthlock: Festival of Magic is a rather great looking adventure RPG inspired by some older JRPGs, the developers recently opened an invite-only Linux test, but they have decided to open it up to everyone.
'Critical Annihilation' is a rather fun looking shoot 'em up that features destructible voxels. Linux users asked for a build and the developer has put up a beta.
'Enclave' is another Wine-port from Topware Interactive who promised to bring their older published titles to Linux. I'm totally okay with this, and it's currently in Beta.
‘Ravenfield’ is a small but excellent FPS inspired by Battlefield (but without Multiplayer), and now its single developer is releasing an update. There isn’t a lot of new content, but the new assets and improvements are surely welcomed.
The footie-with-rocket-cars chaos of Rocket League will see an aquatic-themed update in October. A preview of the brand new arena and a pair of cars that are evocative of the deep blue sea are shown off in a spiffy new trailer.
Slayer Shock is the next game from David Pittman (Eldritch, NEON STRUCT) and Minor Key Games (Super Win the Game, Gunmetal Arcadia). It's available to buy right now with access to a beta.

Rocket League did actually arrive on Linux while I was asleep last night and my lovely team popped the article out for me. I am awake, I have played it and here are some thoughts.
Oh my! Rocket League has finally been officially announced as having an actual Linux release. The next update named "Rumble" will have a beta version for Linux.
