Starbound is a really cool game that has supported Linux for quite some time, but they had their SteamOS icon removed on Steam some time ago. The developer is doing a reddit AMA so I decided to pop two questions that got nice answers.
It's official, now it's summer. We have the GOG summer sale that has officially begun and masses of games are discounted.
I was wondering if GOG would ever do something like this and it's really cool to see them finally dip their toes in it. For a limited time using GOG Connect a few Steam games can be redeemed on GOG for fully DRM free builds.
Both Another World and Flashback are games I played a lot of when I was younger and The Way is a great looking homage to Another World and Flashback.
Terraria is a pretty decent sandbox game with lots to discover and it's just got a bit bigger. This new update is quite a big one.
I have a real soft spot for Overfall, it looks simple, but it has some really engaging gameplay with it mixing up a few different styles. The Linux version works really well too.

I am really excited to give Starbound some proper playtime when it leaves Early Access. It's already fun, but I didn't want to have characters or worlds wiped during Early Access. They have put up what to expect in Starbound 1.0.
Great news RPG fans, as Baldur's Gate: Siege of Dragonspear DLC is now available and has day-1 Linux support as promised.
Don't Starve: Shipwrecked Expansion is a pretty big expansion to the really great survival game Don't Starve. It is now fully available and features Linux support.
