I love XCOM, you should all know this by now. It’s one of the best strategy games available on Linux, and the original was one of the first games to ever suck me in. So, with Xenonauts now being native on Linux, I decided to finally take a look at it.

I do love GOG for their classic games, and what a delivery they have for us today, wow! Cannon Fooder 1 & 2, Leisure Suit Larry Greatest Hits and Misses and Sensible World of Soccer 96/97.

Unmechanical has been extended with a new chapter, adding more than an hour's worth of new puzzles and exploration, and the Unreal Engine 3 powered game is now officially available for Linux.

Pillars of Eternity is set to get even bigger in January, as the developer has announced The White March Part Two will release sometime towards the end of January.

GOG don't just do classic games remember, they also do big space games too! X3: Reunion, X3: Albion Prelude and X3: Terran Conflict are now on GOG for Linux

That's all folks! Trine 3: The Artifacts of Power has quit beta and entered supported mode for SteamOS/Linux and comes with new content.

Kingdom is an interesting looking 2D sidescrolling strategy/resource management game, and GOG provided a key for me to take a look.

Freespace 2 is a space combat simulator game from way back in 1999, it may be old, but it has an official open source engine and you should really give it a run.

Thanks again to GOG, I have been able to test out Armikrog. It looks quite fantastic, and they did a real good job with the animations.

The Escapists isn’t a game I’ve played before, since the first game isn’t on Linux (yet), but The Escapists: The Walking Dead is now on Linux and our friends at GOG sent me a key.

Else Heart.Break() is a surreal adventure game with exploration and hacking that feels very different from most things I've played.
