The developer of the game 'Steam Marines' has been talking about sales of the game, and Linux represented 2% of the total.
Frictional Games, the developers of 'SOMA' have released their sales figures. The game sold about 450,000 copies of which 5,000 was from Linux gamers. So that's around 1.1%.
Slime Rancher is a damn cute game, it's high on my list to play hours of when it has some fleshed out content to it. It has hit over 300K sales so I caught up with the developer on the Linux side of it.
I had the pleasure of speaking with another developer today about their Linux sales, and this time it was Lurler from AtomicTorch Studio.
I asked on twitter for developers to get in touch about their games, and first up is Quest of Dungeons from Upfall Studios. A turn based dungeon crawler game featuring a good old 16-bit retro artistic look.
You would hopefully have seen my previous articles talking to multiple developers about their Linux sales, so to begin a new year we are talking to a few more about their sales.
