Is learncpp.com good?

I'm up to 1.10 on learncpp.com, but I've not really seen people saying the nicest things about the website D:

Should I continue with learncpp or switch to something else? I'm thinking about reading "Accelerated C++" (which the people in the post above recommended) and then reading Appendix B on learncpp bc Accelerated C++ is a bit dated. What do you think?

Here's How to Think Like a Computer Scientist C++ version: http://www.greenteapress.com/thinkcpp/

The Python edition was my first introduction to programming, and it's served me quite well :) If this is your first time programming, it'd probably be a great book, as it teaches you the core concepts as well as syntax and such. However, if you already know how to program and just want to get to grips in C++ specifically it may be more fluff than you're looking for.

Good luck ^^

looks good, but how old is it?

edit: looks like 2012, good enough for me. I'll read it alongside learncpp.com
