theres a number of places that state linux, the amazon link was from their website, i guess there is some doubt, ill have to tweet them

Amazon platform lists can and have been wrong in the past. Always take that with a grain of salt.

You don't have to search Amazon to much to find another example of incorrectly described game (in terms of supported platforms) BioShock Infinite. That game also uses Unreal Engine which of course means it won't be available for Mac.
