Performance difference is in margin of error. There was also an X11 run which was much worse (avg. 68.45 fps)

Interesting to see is that the Wine + OpenGL Benchmark scored better than the native + OpenGL Benchmark.

Running the Benchmark using DXVK gives much better results
System in all Benchmarks, even though the DXVK Wine run shows something different:

Driver: 550.67
Mainboard: Gigybte B650 GAMING X AX V2

DE: Gnome 46 (Wayland)
