But enough about that. I bought the game on GOG and installed it using an excellent installation script by a user named adamhm. Recently I wrote on the GOG forum about a sound issue I had. The sound would suddenly start crackling and would sometimes also feel a bit "hollow". When I restarted the game it was back to normal. Found a suggested solution, and thankfully it is working, at least on my rig. So if you run into the same issues, it's worth a shot. Ḯ've played probably 8-10 hours since, and not had any more sound issues.
Add "tsched=0" to /etc/pulse/default.pa so this line looks like this:
load-module module-udev-detect tsched=0
Yesterday another problem turned up, this time a graphic glitch. Not seen it anywhere else, but it was on the last stretch of the tower of mice mission, with Keira. I picked some dodgy choices so a fight ensued, so I replayed it, and the same thing happened then too. Hopefully it won't be an issue moving forward, because I've not seen it previously.

On another note, I have a savegame without this quest complete so I can try and work my way up to that point. Will keep you posted.
EDIT: 2 hours later....I worked up my way to the point where the screenshots were taken, same dialogue too. On my system they render fine, also tried reloading and got same positive result. This was on 418.43 drivers with DXVK 1.0 and GTX 1060 6GB.
Tomorrow I'll try the savegame with my old system which still uses a GTX 760 and update the drivers to 415.27 to match @Pangea's system as best as I can. :)
In the meantime I also found this youtube video where a similar rendering error occurs (Skip to 2:57, the fault is at 3:00): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=idadlPlGBLY

Can it be simply a game bug then if it happens even on Windows?

Thankfully I had a manual save not too far away - just a long swim across from the "love" scene for Geralt :P
Hopefully this upload works: https://megaupload.nz/r683t4vdbf/Keira-bug-TW3.tar_gz
Here is a picture of the blue-ish tearing as well. It doesn't always happen, and it can occur on the sides too. Not very pronounced in this screenshot, but you see it at the bottom. Maybe best to view it by opening the image in a picture program and then zooming out. Shows up clearing with black on the "outside" too. In-game, it's very visible when it happens, though.

The game actually runs really well, some small niggles aside - my main problem with it is the camera and controls. Have died many a time to those "monsters" :D

I just finished testing out my savegame on the GTX 760 + 415.27. The issue isn't present in any of the dialog.
I also tried your savegame on my main system and the visual bug is there. It seems to be an object of sorts but I can't make out what it is, nevertheless it's not too different from the one in the youtube video. It's safe to say that this a game issue not a DXVK one.
As for the blue line, I see what you mean in the screenshot but never saw it myself.
