That's a really good idea I hadn't thought of. I use MangoHud on my main system and it should work on the others as well.

I just gave GL-Z a try. I like the idea and layout of it but on both of my systems I tested it on the GPU usage would just stay at 0% and I couldn't find any info on VRAM being used. It showed the total amount of the card but not current usage. One of my systems had a GT 730 and the other my 5700XT, both using Mesa drivers. Maybe GL-Z doesn't like Mesa ? or maybe i'm doing somethign wrong or looking in the wrong place.

Sorry for the late reply but I finally got around to trying your new link. I tried it on all of my systems and on my Nouveau systems running Trisquel it only showed me GPU temps not usage. On my system that uses the 5700XT it did work just as in your screenshot. On that system however I can use Radeontop. Looking at the screenshots on the link you provided I think that this isn't a glitch but expected behavior as on their test with a GTX 960 using Nouveau drivers they only showed temps not usage as well. I think Mangohud/Goverlay combo is still my best bet on Nouveau. Thank you for the effort regardless !
