Oh nice..... I have an old..... Very well used G27.... I use to mostly race rFactor 2, Automobilista 2, GTR 2 FIA GT Racing Game and NASCAR Racing 2003 Season.......

I didnt know the old G series wheels worked on Linux......

It's working for quite a while. At least since Feral released the first racing game ports on Linux. Haven't played any racing game on Linux before that.

Regarding gaming hardware that needs special drivers for some features which are not provided by the manufacturer, I have the impression older stuff works better / has better support on Linux than brand new things. I just hope the maintainers don't start any cleanup someday and throw out devices which are too old in their opinion.
