I would guess that most (or even all) unity games use analytics. For single player games you can block network access for the process via unshare -rn or firejail.

Are you a developer or just a customer ? I ask because if you're a developer and are truly worried about this it's a good reason to use a FOSS engine instead.
Nah just an aging arcade gamer :)
I just dumped a lot of unity games because doing the work of stopping them from phoning home has me exhausted.
Been loading up on Pico-8 games lately and playing old fighters at bars and locals.
