With any form of vertical synchronization ON (that's how I would realistically play the game) I'm getting:
Min FPS: 58,6
Max FPS: 61,6
AVG FPS: 60,0
With Vsync OFF (for testing purpose) I'm getting:
Min FPS: 93,6
Max FPS: 366,3
AVG FPS: 159,5

I'm not a fan of stealth games myself so I've never gotten into them much. I got the game free with a GPU I bought years ago and use the benchmark tool to test different hardware.
From what I remember that game was far from being the best Thief game in history, but it wasn't completely bad. And with general scarcity of stealth games nowadays I do recommend to try it - and see for yourself. :).
