"Latest Comments" box sometimes displaying out of order

This is an odd one, as it doesn't happen all the time, and I've been waiting for a few weeks for it to recur so I could get a screenshot to report it, but sometimes the "Latest Comments" sidebar will have a comment randomly out of order, instead of the intended descending order;

Turns out my change caused some extra server load (woops), so it's been changed again and hopefully optimized while still sorting correctly. Do let me know if you see it out of order even once.
