Changes to user profile editing
Liam Dawe Jun 20
Hi all, I've done a change today on how you edit your user profiles.

Instead of half of it being bundled into the home page of the User Control Panel, I've now actually properly seperated it.

The Home is now just for website settings, and the profile settings page now has just your actual profile stuff.

Additionally, I've added a link to cookie settings into the site settings in the home page of the user control panel (at the bottom). The main link is a bit buried in the sidebar, so hopefully that helps.

I've also renamed the "User CP" link to "User Settings" to make that also more clear on what the link is.
