My pick this weekend is DuckTales Remastered (Proton) - an absolutely wonderful remake of the 1989 DuckTales game for the NES. It's also one of the few previously-released PC games that Capcom hasn't gone back and added unnecessary DRM/anti-cheat to - though that's probably more thanks to developer WayForward than Capcom!

The game sees Scrooge McDuck set out to find the five Legendary Treasures, and fill up his Money Bin some more along the way - this takes him all over the world, and even to the moon! Though it plays the same as the NES game that it's based on (complete with the same fun moves like using Scrooge's cane like a pogo-stick and a golf-club), it adds and refines so much that it's not really so much like a remake, but rather a different take on the source-material - so much so, that the presentation is more like a playable episode of the cartoon, with excellent hand-drawn characters that are true to both the show and the NES game, and voice-acting provided by original cast-members of the TV-show who were still with us at the time of the game's development.

Though Darkwing Duck is still my favourite TV-series in the Disney duck-universe, DuckTales was always a close second, and this game captures its essence perfectly.

I'm also currently in the middle of revisiting an old cutesy-robot-themed NES favourite, Mega Man 4, which I haven't replayed in some years.

Monopoly (2008 Electronic Arts) - Sony PlayStation 2 - Board Game
For an electronic board-game adaptation, this game's really pretty.

Puyo Puyo Champions - After the video essay I posted two weeks ago ended up doing so much better than I expected, 11k+ views and 600+ likes, I decided to try streaming some ranked for the first time in 2.5 years. I'm still cracked.

Riichi Mahjong - This really ought to be worth a lot more for how rare it is.

Persona 4 Golden - Finally coming back to this, where'd I leave off again?

It is very frustrating to see what Sega is doing. I'm also very annoyed that they intend to get rid of the rest of the ROM collections, although that has been crippled when the removed the original Sonic versions (and the good Sonic CD re-make) when they released that stupid Denuvo-infested Sonic Origins.

I only have a copy of https://store.steampowered.com/app/34286/Dr_Robotniks_Mean_Bean_Machine/ due to the translation situation and being scared off by the inclusion of Tetris in the mash-up titles, because I assumed that they only made that because they wanted to publish a Tetris game.
