Articles on the site will now show [updated] next to the posting date if there's been an addition going forward. Will show on article list and inside articles.

Example is the Proton Experimental update, it shows on the homepage as:

All part of making things clearer overall 👌 and helps you see at a glance if you should check back when scrolling 👍
