Slime-san [Official Site, Steam] is a damn good platformer and now it's gained a huge free update with Slime-san: Blackbird's Kraken [Steam], which is also available as a standalone game.

It's stylish, fast paced platformer with mini-games and absolutely tons of content. It's easy to get into, but offers up a pretty fantastic challenge even to the most seasoned platformer specialist.

This new update adds in: a full new campaign, 25 new levels with 25 new game+ levels, a brand new boss fight, speedrunning mode and tons more. For those who get eye-strain, they've even included an option to adjust the colours to help with that.

You can see the full changelog of what's new here, it's seriously big.

Well worth looking into, I enjoyed the time I spent in it. Article taken from GamingOnLinux.com.
