Griftlands [Steam, Official Site] is another game in development from Klei Entertainment! I apparently missed the announcement, but it looks good and I asked Klei about Linux support.

Can't really argue with that, but hopefully as a release nears they will have better news for us!
Not much is actually known about the game, their official site and Steam lack any real details. The Steam store just describes it as this:
Hopefully Klei Entertainment will continue supporting Linux, as their games are usually fantastic.

QuoteIt's far too early in development for us to know, but pretty much every game we've made has been out on Linux and Mac OS. If we can we will announce on Twitter and update the platform availability on the website.

My first purchase on Steam included a Klei game (Shank 2). They're usually pretty good games.

My most played game this year has been Don't Starve: Shipwrecked, another great Klei game.

Sounds like supporting multiple PC OSs is their default - a good thing to read.

Klei Entertainment! employees do perfect job - I finished Shank, Shank 2 and Mark of the Ninja and I had zero issues with those games (I've tested Shank with Steam Link App for Samsung and it was best running game from all I've tested). I've given a try to Inivisible Inc. but after 3 hours I didn't fell into the game, so I haven't played it for a while. I have also over 100 hours recorded in Don't Starve and Don't Starve: Together.
Long story short - if Klei does the port you don't have to be affraid - from quality point of view it will be golden.

While I do like Klei's work , this trailer showed very little.
Will wait for more info.
Also , still waiting on "Oxygen Not Included" to be ported.

I think I have their whole collection besides Oxygen; as a gamer (a fortiori a linux gamer) Klei is probably my fave developer.
