Changeover: Decisions caught my eye recently as a new release on Steam. It contains elements of a platformer, a visual novel and horror to create a bit of a weird mix.

I wouldn't go expecting much for £1.69/$1.99, but even so after watching the trailer I must admit that it doesn't actually look too bad at all.

It promises a nonlinear plot, with the first chapter having more than 10 endings. It's not clear if they game will be updated with more chapters or if they will release a new game for each chapter. It combines the platformer gameplay with full-screen visual novel-styled illustrations. I wouldn't say their claim of the combat system being unique was true, given the description it sounds like a lot of games that use the mouse.

You can find it on Steam. For that price, it might be worth a look.
