Revealed in a press email today is Cast n Chill from developer Wombat Brawler. A game where you explore serene lakes, rivers, and oceans. Catch rare fish, upgrade your gear and reel in legendary catches - with your loyal pup by your side.
I don't play too many games like this, as idle games aren't usually my cup, but some of them are genuinely great to kill some time with. Cast n Chill caught my attention with the really lovely artwork plus it has both active and idle modes so you can do as much or as little as you want to chill with it.

This was revealed as part of the ongoing Steam Idler Fest that runs until February 10th, and is apparently a hit across Japanese social media according to the developer.
You'll need Proton to run it on Linux but I don't foresee any issues there. The developer said it's set to release in June.
