About this game:
OpenXRay is an improved version of the X-Ray engine, used in world famous S.T.A.L.K.E.R. game series by GSC Game World.
While the code is open, it's in a legal grey area as the code is based upon a leak from GSC Game World and it is not approved by them in any way. This means it could vanish at any time and is not "open source" by the proper definition.
