im holding myself back for 1 month. just to wait and see what happens with the steam linux client rumors.
its mostly because most of my friends are using windblows and DRM free copy of Trine 2 doesnt match with the steam versions multiplayer. So im unable to play with friends then.
and i also dont want to buy the windows version, because they support our beloved platform natively :)

I succumbed to peer pressure and bought it. Mostly just to support FB and try it out on Mesa, I've yet to play the first game.

It was ported by Icculus for the last Humble Android Bundle.
I'm guessing (or at least hoping) that the rest of the games in the triology will be ported too.

Don't, the jar file doesn't need to be executable since you run it through java anyway.

Quoting: "liamdawe, post: 3823, member: 1"Once downloaded remember to set the file as executable by either going into the properties like so;

Or in terminal make it executable;

Well, in the past there was a Linux port of Exile III that never worked for me. And they also released the source code to Blades of Exile as well, though I am not sure if any proper source ports were completed.

I thought Chromium could not do HTML5 videos, but it can run this?

Tried with Firefox and Chromium.

The only thing I'm missing about this new tech so far is that there's no right-click function. Flash had this same problem.
Also what puzzles me mostly is the fact that it runs faster on Chrome than on Firefox. Strange... :confused:

May want to change where it says "beta" to "alpha" then :)
Have you guys considered rolling out testing stuff on a different domain? The Humble Bundles are so popular that almost anything you put up will eventually be found by people being creative with URLs (like at the Humble Store stuff that caused an awkward situation earlier this year), and the rest of us are all so passionate about Humble Bundle stuff that there's no way we can resist telling everybody about it.
Can't wait to see this get rolled out when it's ready.

Quoting: "Jeff, post: 3840"Hey guys, please don't actually use this yet! It may look pretty and cool, but it is currently in alpha testing and has a bunch of known issues. Sorry for the confusion, we will be taking it down soon.

I don't know. I like the CnC universe (at least up till Tiberium Wars) but this seems like just another browser game which usually end up boring due to too time consuming micromanagement. I'll give it some more attention to see where it's at... :rolleyes:
