It arrived early. \o/
Liam, I noticed that it's quite possible to have e.g.
GPU Vendor: Nvidia
GPU Model: Radeon RX 5700 XT
I wonder if there's any need to manually select the GPU vendor if it doesn't affect which cards are selectable in the model option? The vendor information could be included in the model (I can't imagine there's many, if any, cards that share their name with another vendor's card).

No changes yet, but I've just placed an order for a Radeon RX 5700 XT which will arrive next month.
First time I'll have bought a non-nVidia graphics card since I started building my own PCs.

I picked up West of Loathing. Wish it wasn't quite so graphically demanding, but at least it has a colourblind mode.
I'm playing as a snake oiler, but I immediately got distracted by what turns out to be the DLC. Whoops.

I'm going to go out on a limb and guess they aren't going to announce that they're open sourcing their Linux driver and/or co-operating fully with the nouveau developers to make the open source driver feature complete.
Would be nice to be surprised....

Mostly Hellpoint, although this week we started fostering kittens, and there's an online music festival I'm watching this weekend, so I've not had much time to play!

Looks like the recent upwards trend of the Linux market share has calmed down

Don't forget there's likely to be a change in regime (and therefore policy) in one of the world's biggest bully states in the next few months, so I wouldn't be surprised if selling things to one of the world's biggest economies becomes the "in thing" again. I can see the latter getting a sweetheart deal to keep MS' market share up, although it'll be interesting to see if the damage has been done and this drive to nationally produced products stays strong.

Quoting: lordgaultChina wants to stop using Windows and they are working on a Deepin-based GNU/Linux system. The company created for this purpose is UNIONTECH and the operating system has been named UOS (based on Deepin). In addition, this company is working on the necessary software to replace the Windows software. Can you imagine what will happen when China leaves Windows and adopts UOS?

Can't play for long with keyboard and mouse because the camera can only move ~720 degrees before it stops going in that direction.
Had good fun playing with a Steam controller though, doesn't seem to have the same issues.
