I very much enjoyed the one GoL did previously, I'll be keeping a close eye on this!
I wouldn't even know where to begin coding a game, so I won't be participating, but best of luck to all those who do.

What have you been playing recently and what do you think about it?

Alas, the Switch. :S:
It's hella fun, particularly LoZ.
Also Digimon World on the PS4, also very fun, but is definitely a marathon rather than a sprint. You spend a lot more time raising Digimon than exploring, at least at the start of the game.
On Linux, I last played Deus Ex and L4D2. Deus Ex is as fun as it was on day one, but I'm still stuck looking at everything. I've just finished The Rucker Extraction, and am on my way to my extraction point.
L4D2 is still fun if you have a group of people to play with. Once in a while the stars align and we get a game in.
EDIT: Oooh, caek!

Fair enough. I've never played Call of Duty, so I have no idea how it plays.

I'm curious what you think of CounterStrike: GO and TF2 then. CounterStrike was the major multiplayer shooter when I was younger, and although TF2 is more of a hat simulator these days, I hear it still has shooter and multiplayer elements.

Quoting: AnxiousInfusionBallistic is the closest thing we have to the major multiplayer shooters.
