Works nice, it was actually a tad faster with ogl than vulkan for me.
RX480 Image quality= maximum, Textures=max, AA=low
RADV: 30-56fps
OGL: 39-60
Ogl also had less micro stuttering.

Does it have heroes? Yes, so did previous. Even more so infact with the gear buying and whatnot.
Also I don't really get why they are adding annihilation when the current mode is pretty much it. You are required to bust enemy base (or specific building in it and when you are capable of doing it, you could take the whole base down).
I'd much rather see the VP capture of COH and DOW2 which the whole node capturing is already so very well suited for.

Quoting: razing32Some people really don't like the MOBA elementsI'm personally not perfectly happy either with the game but complaining about the moba elements baffle me (unlocking being stupid I do understand).

X-Plane 11 now in beta, also has a demo available

You have to run it with --force_run
After installing you have to do some patching and dark magic.

Got it running with mesa thanks to some help in irc, gearsongallium and phoronix forums.
Runs great and it's awesome. I need to get a cheap flightstick now and buy this shit. Does someone want to buy my kidney?

It's already possible to run steam without runtime and arch even has the important compatibility libraries packed in repository. I wouldn't expect that to change just because they change the way to package the runtime.

Quoting: minjCorrect me if I am wrong but this feels like an end of Steam on Arch/Manjaro? We are constantly plagued by obsolete libs in steam runtime. What happens if we remove them? Will Steam 'fail over' and re-download itself immediately?

Very nice stuff in the update. I still just don't feel like hopping in again before the next wipe. I don't want to do the massive cloth farming for three times (not necessary, I just like doing it).

Quoting: edddeduckferalQuoting: tumocsThere has been no work for amdgpu-pro
We worked with AMD employees on both Mesa and AMDGPUPRO.
The latest AMDGPUPRO drivers just released has a number of fixes and will run the game using OpenGL without visual issues however the performance isn't at a level where we feel we can officallly support it.
