Windows 10 is doing fine and many people started installing them on their machines.

The truth is that many people are pirating windows and they are using some tools to remove all the bloatware that Microsoft gave them from the start + remove any ongoing updates.
Others who legally purchased Windows they just using the tools to remove the bloatware and allow the updates.
Some games like Resident Evil 7 look stunning with DirectX 12 and thats one more reason why people are installing Windows 10.It will be a miracle to see developers like Bandai,CAPCOM and so on to support Linux and Vulkan... I think Microsoft pays them a lot. Microsoft tries to integrate Xbox and Window Games. I mean you have purchased your game on Windows, you can play it on xbox as well.

Many people really dont have a clue what an OS is... and for them is just a launcher to run their favorite game or application, nothing more , nothing less..

For business is a bit different , I can say is a bit more crucial , every delay of the system it costs to them and will start complaining about why their system is not fast and so on. Well with SSD's we solve half of the problem but we cant get rid off windows :P

Anyway hopefully Vulkan will change the world of gaming :)

As about the game since I have stopped playing MMO's I dont think I will play it...
Especially this game which has to do with science fiction/space/technology/universe/spaceships and so on...

I am just a Barbarian Warrior who likes to fight with a sword and shield...:D

I will not support any company or any porter who wants to have a separate version of a Game just for its greedy purposes.
This is a total Fiasco!

A game should support from the beginning the 3 OS...

If you are a porter and you want to port an existing game then get money from the people who didnt buy the specific game from the start.
I have supported that company and I bought it when it was in windows, its an old version of the game that I already have and I have just switched OS to Linux and if its ported to Linux , yes I should have the right to get it for FREE!

Example 1 :
I am a windows user and have already bought many games on Windows and I want to migrate to Linux!

OHHHH MY GOD!!!!
ALL MY GAMES ARE NOT SUPPORTED ON LINUX AND I HAVE TO BUY 2K GAMES AGAIN JUST FOR LINUX WTF??!?!?!!!!

Many companies are giving away many re-mastered versions of their existing games for FREE which now are supporting Linux and Mac.

I demand from this company to merge the existing game into one and refund all the money to the people who have bought it if they already own the existing game!

I have a Laptop 5-7 years old with an i5 and an NVIDIA 525M so I cant play any descent games.

(I think I should make a request to Liam to create a list for games that crappy computers can play)

Anyway is ok , actually I am extremely busy these days with work and I dont even play any game on PS4.
Also I have realized that PC > Consoles any time any day. (if only exclusive tittles were not so exclusive :P)

As a Great Warrior I have finished the whole game in 2 Days using all 5 hexes from the beginning and still was easy... then I have stopped playing since it was all about grinding :P (I think I have finished it during Early Access)

I may play again with these new dlcs when I have a descent pc :|

Just curious, is there any reason at all not to close most of these apps when you're not actually actively using them? You can easily install a single indicator to watch your mail boxes at least? I am working as an IT (Freelancer) doing support to over 30 companies that means most of the day I spend it outside with the clients or inside my house doing remote support and so on... my FREE time is pretty much 0 because I wake up to 6:00 (gym until 7) and end my job around 19:00 and then gym for like 1h....and then back to work/games/hobbies until 24:00.

Clementine is playing my favorite songs that I want to keep me up for the whole day and listening to some rock radio stations as well.

Thunderbird has to be open 24h per day as is my tool to communicate with partners and clients
Imagine that I also have to use teamviewer and virtual machines to start a Windows Server 2012/Windows 7 and 10 in order to explain to some clients what to do...(sometimes)

+ I can use my PC for entertainment as well when I have free time...



When I sit on my PC is like having the whole world in front of me with the 3 monitors available... I want to have everything instantly and yes 1 Sec to open an application it does matter to me! :P
Is an obsession!!!! Is like Steam that I have thousand of games available and when a new game comes out I want to play that game that just got released right now... I buy it and play for 10 mins and maybe never play it again...
I think use my pc like a remote control, I play games for like 10-30 mins , watch an anime for 20 mins or a movie , listen to music for some hours, work for many hours.... and so on..

There was a day that I had 5 Teamviewer clients , 3 VM Machines turn on , answering emails , playing music in the background , libreoffice open both writer and calc with many files open, watching a video on third monitor of how to fix something related with Active Directory.I had also DVD Styler converting one AVI to DVD in order to play it in a presentation and also burn the Video to DVD as well + many other things happening in the background...

Is just I dont want to have LIMITS! simple as that... :P

I am using by default 32GB Ram on every setup I have build so far and I Am thinking to get 64GB

4-5 Plasma Widgets - 2nd Screen
Thunderbird - Main Screen
Cairo - Dock (2x docks - up and down)
2x - Plasma Panels
Firefox as main browser with over 15-20 Tabs
Steam
octopi
caffeine
KDE Connect

and maybe some more when I have lots of work to do ... and no I dont have time to close any of these applications in order to launch a game when I Want to rest a bit...

I am using preload in order to have my system take advantage of all the RAM I have in order to prefetch the applications I Am using more often.
