Gabe Newell Simulator Looks Like It's Adding Linux Support, Oh My

I wouldn't be surprised if whoever is responsible for deciding brought it to GabeN and he said "why the hell not?"
Either way, it's better than Yohji Simulator.

Quoting: GuestIt's brutally ironic that this game actually made it onto steam.

The Latest Albion Online Combat Video Shows Why I Am Excited For This MMO

I'd be willing to give it a go, especially if it's F2P in a decent way. I've been playing a lot of oldschool WoW (WotLK) on a private server via Wine lately, and it really drives home my preference in MMOs. Solo questing, social guild chat, occasionally getting together for a party to do dungeons, and knowing if I have a tough quest to do or need advice, there's someone around willing to lend a hand. I'll do PVP if I have to, or occasionally dabble in it, but that's really not what I'm there for.
X3: Reunion, X3: Albion Prelude And X3: Terran Conflict Now DRM Free On GOG

I got X3: Reunion a while back, and it's totally unplayable with either my 360 controller or my PS2 controller. This was quite a while before refunds were available, so it's been languishing away in my Steam library ever since.
Apparently it's a known issue where it just keeps rolling to one side and only stops if you're actively holding the joystick just right, but starts immediately when you let go. I tried some workarounds, but never did get it to work right.

I think of it more like being Junior Brit Scouts.
And it'd be REALLY hard to be weirder than the US.

Isn't Canada more of the US's weird step-brother?

Same. It helps that I haven't started playing 2 yet, although I loved 1.

Grow Home From Ubisoft Looks Like It Will Come To Linux

I think one of the things that makes Ubi interesting is that they're a big company with a solid base, and as such are in a good position to look for untapped markets. A term which describes Linux well, being a developing part of the game market in itself, which is already just beginning to flourish. A bit of attention from the larger players could lead to more games in future, and more adoption of Linux on the consumer level. Which means an increase in those Steam percentages.

Personally I don't care that much about the mainline Ubi games like Assassin's Creed, but I'd love to see the UbiArts stuff like Valiant Hearts and Child of Light get ported over.
Still, it's nice to see a big company like Ubi recognize our existence.

Oh, and so far no word on even the possibility of a port for Undertale, even though it's relatively easy to port RPG Maker games. Only answer from the dev has basically been "maybe eventually it would be cool".
