QuoteIt's worth noting Humble Games (and Humble Bundle) are owned by IGN's parent company, Ziff Davis, who also recently acquired Gamer Network including RPS, Eurogamer, VG247 and more and then fired a bunch of staff too.

This is so reminiscent of Embracer. It was so sad to see RPS and Eurogamer get gobbled up and destroyed like that. It was a sad day when I removed both sites from my "most visited" folder on my bookmarks list.

Thank goodness GOL exists as a free independent entity with quality content.

I think I used to have this on my wishlist a LONG time ago? Or am I thinking of something else similar? I can't remember. But anyway, I just wanted to comment on ... WTF are those screenshots on the steam page listing!! Specifically the 3rd screenshot they have there... It's this:

Children of Morta, Celeste, Webbed, Hero's Hour and more in this pixel game humble bundle

oh wow, it's been a LONG time since I thought about Children of Morta. Man that game sucked away my entire life there for a short time. SO GOOD. If you are at all even remotely close to being fans of that genre, and you haven't tried it, I can't recommend it enough. And normally I can't stand rougelikes. That's how good it is.

I've never been able to shake the filth off this game in my mind since release, which is just really bad on my part I know, but I just can't seem to do it. I know I should absolutely give it another try and see what it's like after dozens of massive free updates, but .............. I think it's just a lost cause.

Quoting: CatKillerI've been playing Sail Forth on the Deck. It's pretty sweet. I was enjoying it enough that I also got the DLC, although I've not done any of the DLC content yet.

This looks wonderful! Thanks for the suggestion.

Been loving Zoria Age of Shattering. It's a super fun crpg that has some interesting outpost mechanics and tons of squad member options. It's a small passion project game made by 3 people so it's nowhere near as polished as the big heavy hitting aaa games, but I kind of like that about it. Highly recommend for fans of the genre.

Last Epoch adds a new evade ability, a new end-game system, more boss fights

Last Epoch is amazing. I think it's probably the best there is in its genre right now. Nothing else comes even close. I was highly addicted to it last year after it hit 1.0 and got some patches. I got to end game and got a little bored, but maybe I should take another look now!
