Quoting: scaineI wish I knew! When you plug in a second mouse, at least on KDE, you just two mice fighting over a single pointer! But Liam's SteamDeck video on its keyboard showed that each thumb gets their own pointer, so it must be possible
somehow. I suspect that all the work for this stuff is related to multi-touch and not multiple mice.

Haven't tried it myself but:

Quoting: syxbitWhy is Beneath a Steel Sky listed. It has a native port.
These fixes have been percolating in Proton Experimental for a while and Beneath a Steel Sky did not have the native ScummVM release up on Steam back then, and the Windows version did have an issue that made it unplayable in Proton.

Valve fixed the problem, but subsequently Revolution Software also pushed a native ScummVM release for the game. So it has been fixed on both ends, a bit redundant, but that's how it goes sometimes...

Quoting: 1xokSorry, probably a stupid question:
Why do the videos from Soul Calubur VI work on the Steam Deck but not on my normal Linux/Steam PC?
Different Proton version or a stale video cache maybe?

Canonical seek Software Engineers for the 'Ubuntu Gaming Experience' team

Quoting: NanobangLol, their collective nose must be out of joint from when Valve switched from Ubuntu to Arch, which might have turned out differently had Ubuntu gone '"all in" with gaming on Ubuntu' back in 2012 or 2013 when Valve committed to Linux gaming using Ubuntu as their default distro. Still, I wish them well and hope they don't Mir-Scopes-phones-Unity this thing.

And did I understand correctly that they're only now putting Steam in a Snap?
If you're thinking of SteamOS, it was originally based on Debian, not Ubuntu.

Indonesia, lovely! They really should add some Proton cars with the update to complete the Southeast Asia experience!

Some sort of mod support is planned for the future too, but I don't think anything has been announced as to what exactly. User created stages or cars?
