Quoting: PenglingSome fun ones lined up here, and I'm really looking forward to the Winter Sale! The winter one a couple of years ago was the first-ever Steam sale I witnessed, so it's starting to become a bit of a nostalgic thing, now - my account's not quite two years old yet. There's something special about buying bunch of awesome games on great discount and installing them right before xmas eve, nothing else quite like it for me.
That said, I wonder if the criteria for the Dinos vs. Robots Fest might be slightly too strict to let me find everything that I'd be looking for; Sometimes, I want more robot games just "because robots" rather than for any deeper reason, but apparently that's a no-go for this one.

If you are talking about actibliz, their beginning of their end was many years ago.
If you are worried about M$ buying many more studios, other than that not happening soon, when it does happen we still have indie games, which is where the true creativity is imo

Depends what they are cooking. I feel Microsoft will get very selective about their purchases from now on, as investors might want to see payout than splashing money around (although Microsoft is unique case here).
If Gearbox does not have solid titles in pipeline, most likely not. I wouldn't be surprised that it will be disbanded as well. market state considering.

Wish they would return the green theme with the modern design it currently has.
Or just skins support in general but with Steam being a browser now idk how safe that would be
