Oh man, he really did totally nail the look of early Saturn games, and since I bloody love the Saturn, this really warms my heart.
Only one problem, and one only: Why oh why does the Saturn in the thumbnail have the awful early UK/US joypad, and not the far superior Japanese one that later became the default worldwide?! (Yes yes, I know, stock photo, but those controllers were unbelievably painful to use - almost as bad as I find Sony's!)

Quoting: Purple Library GuyWait, are you a midwife in this game?!A midwife simulator sounds more like one of those creepy skeevy clickbait mobile games that seem to get promoted all over the place...

Man, I love Stardew Valley, and it's got to be the best-supported game I've ever seen! Will drop in again when I have a few free minutes. Or hours.

But yeah, that's not gonna help if you prefer GNOME.

Quoting: Purple Library Guyit does Cinnamon or Mate insteadHey, don't forget us Xfce guys!
Quoting: Purple Library GuyWell, IMO Mint is just better. But if you like Gnome maybe not, because Mint doesn't do Gnome, it does Cinnamon or Mate instead. Smooth but fairly old fashioned interfaces. I personally like that because I feel like a lot of the desktop environment innovations that have been introduced over the last 20 years were solutions in search of problems, or novelty for the sake of differentiation, rather than things that actually made it easier for me to use a computer. But if you prefer newer approaches you might not like Mint.Anyway, I've gotta second you, here - in my opinion also, Mint is just better. It smooths out all the little irritants that I ran into over many many years of using Xubuntu (which I used for most of my Linux-using life, until last year) that for some reason never got addressed, and it's just all the more seamless and not just user-friendly but user-focussed. Mint Xfce is like Xubuntu without the papercuts.
But yeah, that's not gonna help if you prefer GNOME.

Quoting: sonic2kkI'll keep a cautious eye on this, but at worst, we can stick to the tried and true ARCADE GAME SERIES: PAC-MAN (there are better ways to play Pac-Man, but this is convenient and legal.)I genuinely love those re-releases, and wish they had done more of them! (Mappy, please! ) They may be barebones, but they're to-the-point and work as they should, and they're really cheap in sales.

I was looking forward to this one, especially since maze-chase is largely a starved genre, but they've lost me - I thought this was going to be a free-to-play title with avoidable spends, like other ex-Stadia titles I've encountered were, my bad! I'm not going to pay money for an online-only game which will inevitably be gone a few years down the line, no matter how good it is.
