Space colony sim 'Maia' shows reasonable sales on Linux

And I'm planning on buying, once it's out of early access. I am always rather waiting for the finished game than playing early access. Same as I stopped pre-funding projects.

Too many disappointments in the past.

Can you hear that? It's the Steam sales train and it's arrived, also Steam Wishlist revamp

We all knew that Valve can't even count to three.... but I thought their programs at least could count.

My wishlist shows "Wishlist (5)", but it only shows 4 titles :D. And no, there are no filters set ;-)

Stellaris: Apocalypse is due soon & there's a new overview video up, also a note about Linux sales

I have to admit I didn't buy a game in quite some time. Nothing released which fits my taste.

I probably got more picky because I can choose now, so my focus is RPGs, city building and puzzle games.

There were times where I could not choose, where I just bought ... that's not possible any longer, so I buy only if I am really interested.

I'm not much of an FPS or Action Adventure player. But I can see there is a huge demand, a lot of people really looking forward to this.

Cool stuff, it's a AAA coming to Linux, and again thanks to Feral.

Surviving Mars now has another trailer and pre-orders open up with three different editions

That looks really cool. While not preordering and knowing Paradox, I'm pretty sure I will have to pick it at some time.

Valve has boosted their Linux ranks by hiring another developer to work on open source graphics

By the way - locked-down systems could offend other companies (EA, Blizzard) too. But they may run into the trap by Microsoft first allowing other distribution platforms as Origin or the Battle.Net client for free, and then at some point asking cash for reselling and trying to kill off the "other" platforms. The very much reason why Origin exists (they don't want to pay valve for distribution), and the very reason Blizzard does it (they don't want to pay ~30 % to somebody else), which is very likely for huge AAA publishers.

Very good for us, and a lil' "thanks" to Valve that is. And you can really see the increased efforts of AMD and Valve in performance and compatibility.

I have no idea why people keep linking mailing list archives, I find patchwork.freedesktop.org a lot more readable/browsable :D.

Pah, Valve sold? Not if Gabe has a saying in it. It's his baby.

It's time to bug Feral Interactive about future port requests once again

Shadow of War for me for sure.
And Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord, but my guess is that they'd make it an in house port again as they did last time at taleworlds.
