ProtonDB now has filters for PC and Steam Deck reports

Awesome news..... I use ProtonDB a lot when looking at games to buy in the Steam Sales.........

In a future update I would like to see a system to lessen the weight of really old reports........ when a game came out and it was borked but is now working fine the out of date bork reports still seem to bring the overall rating down...... Sometimes even to bronze levels........ This makes it really hard when using ProtonDB as you really have to open up the games page and look at the actual reports as you cant really trust the "rating" the game has on face value...........

For example...... Look at WRC 8 FIA World Rally Championship.....
It works great now at least on my system..... But 2 and 3 years ago it didnt seem to work at all...... And those now out of date borked reports seem to still weigh the overall rating down to "Silver".........

Quoting: ElectricPrismRegarding Switch, Steam Deck is incredibly versatile as it's a PC.

$319 for a Steam Deck is a total steal.

We need to get these things into EVERYONE's hands.
For that to happen to need to get the Deck released in Australia.........
Not that I want one I just think it sucks that we dont even have the option of buying one if we want too........

Quoting: PenglingMore than that - at these prices, they solve a problem where many youngsters only get access to locked-down entertainment electronics like games consoles and tablets at home, instead of general-purpose computers, because capable-enough PCs have typically cost more. It could be a pretty big shift, as long as the marketing is there to get it in front of enough eyeballs.
Yeah I agree..... Also depending on regional pricing it could even be cheaper than PS5 or the..... Xbox Series...... X/Y/Z I have no idea what its called off the top of my head.......... In some countries........ So that would help a lot too......

Nintendo should be looking rather worried right about now...........

Yes, but let's be fair, that's not a high bar - getting your eyeball cut out with a rusty soda-can is better than Mighty No. 9, after all.
So it will make you cry like an anime fan on prom night?????.......

Quoting: PenglingI just have to point out that Mega Man 11 is an excellent revival for that series and well worth grabbing at a discount - it works great under Proton.
Better than Mighty No 9????
