Quoting: dubigrasuBut as (almost) always there is this lack of advertising for Linux people.
Yes, there is an announcement on their store page, but I don't see it anywhere else. ex: http://store.steampowered.com/browse/linux/
If a game has simultaneous Win/Linux release (ex: This War of Mine) that's fine. But if the game was already released for Win a while ago, tough chance.
If you go to Steam and narrow everything down to Linux and new releases you'll find Gettysburg on page 5.
Steam needs a page with "newly released for Linux" games regardless when they were released for other platforms.
(good thing we have this site and Steamdb)

Wow!
Just took a look at the full games' list published for MAC by Aspyr... If they could port all these games on Linux it would be awesome!

I hope so, but the actual flow of SteamOS updates is stopped...
Since the beggining of the project, when they release an update to Alchemist, they immediately start a new round on Alchemist-beta. Right now, it is stopped to Update 145 on Alchemist.
What does that mean? SteamOS is almost complete? What about the online video service that Valve promised (Netflix and the likes)?
And now developers that drops Linux support... It makes me wonder...

Same here: "No Tux, no bux".
I have played and bought the first one when it was released on Linux. It reminds me of "The Eye of the Beholder" series of old. Great game!
Valve is strangely silent lately about the development and futur of SteamOS... Anybody has hints about what's to come?

i7-2600
16gb ram
Gigabyte O.C. GTX-750 ti 2gb
Ubuntu 14.04 with version 340.58 driver from xorg-edgers repository (this might help too).
From 50 to 65 fps at maximum settings, steady. Great port!
Edit: The bold for the gpu is because my former GTX-650 2gb is in another pc.

GTX-650 is more like 120$.
Many of us have rigs with a total price equal to the price of your GPU. :)
