And the back-paddle buttons are probably the most useless part of the Steam controller anyways...

Game play wise it doesn't quite reach Dead Cells, so I was a bit disappointed initially. But it grows a bit on you and looks like a pretty good game overall.

I wish they would now focus on making a 3rd party streaming client for Steam. Really sucks that the Steamlink app is closed source and only works on Android and RasberryPis.

You are not the real target of this.

I think Liam has missed one piece of the puzzle, which is: This usb bootable Linux will allow you to use an existing Steam Windows installation as a Steam library folder. That way a user that has never tried Linux can just plug it in the PC and play around with it, including testing the games he/she has already installed to see if they work (with Proton).

Seeing is believing, and a lot of people shy away from installing a OS just to try it, and this would be a minimal effort way to test the game the person actually plays.

With Intel being desperate for a good PR spin these days (to prop their stock-market value), I guess everything needs to be taken with a grain of salt.
That said... the littleBIG architecture, combining Atom cores with faster main cores might be a really good idea (copied from the ARM segment ofc).

Seems like if proper support is added then this might be the closest current thing to the great, but sadly discontinued Steam controllers. Sony definitely took up a lot of similar ideas and maybe refined them further.
