this is freaking cool, but you know what is even cooler?
just buying another regular keyboard and reconfiguring it to act as something else (eg: act as this device) instead of buying an device that any tech savy people dont really need.

i said it.
we just wasted millions of dollars that could be better spend into funding an open source software instead of an console that had no chance to compete and was most likely an crash grab scheme,
Nintendo paid 1 billion to unity to support then back in the WiiU days, this project had much less money than that, why would epic, unity or anyone support then?
their dont pay for the cost of production of an single triple A game.
"They explained that the pre-production Atari VCS units can run both Windows and Linux and that's about it right now."
and as the last nail in the coffin, many people who purchased this, will not wait for the ports, they will just install winodos on it an call it a day, as an result, the developers who might be interessed in supporting it will just support windows instead.
we supported it hoping that it will increase the linux market but it will be yet another dead project hurting the linux "brand".
but at least now every one know an quick way to make money, an carmagedon-esque way of making.
slap linux on your project description, so you get an quick buck fromfools activists, then give us an midle finger.

D3D9 over Vulkan gets even better as D9VK 0.21 'Lollihop' is out

"The more of D3D9 that D9VK supports, the more games using DirectX 9 can be expected to work with Wine and so Steam Play too. "
actually, D9VK means the vulkan implementation, some of the affected games should be games that already run, but now they will run faster.
when WINE add support for new stuff, that is when we got new games to work or work properly

DXVK 1.3.3 is out, a small and tidy release for the D3D11 and D3D10 to Vulkan layer

"The progress on DXVK compatibility and performance has been absolutely incredible, hard to believe it hasn't even been around for two years yet."
kind of expected, wine has to deal with reverse enginering windows+writing an translation layer in openGL, dxvk only has to deal with writing the translation layer in vulkan since the effort into reverse enginering was already made by the wine team.
still impressive, especially considering that the documentation on vulkan was lacking since it was an brand new technology

not realiable at all.
on guilty gear, you can play the game, but the experience is incomplete, you cant watch the anime-ish introl or any other video from the game, because its on wmv format (and valve dont want pay royalites nor can convert then selves (they dont have the rights to change the game))
now this may look like an small issue for someone who dont care about animes but those persons arent the target audience for this game and this issue may affect other games in other unexpected areas.
an video being used as cutscene is an expected use, but some games use video as texture, for example, tombraider use it as an texture for the fire, so in some games you may have an completely buggy/incomplete experience due to this issue.
also, in some game the cut scenes are important to tell the story so you may know whats going on story-wise or how to advance in the game.
i hate to say that, but if you want to send an report and call it an platinum game, you NEED to play the game elsewhere (playstation, xbox, windows, dont matter ) to make sure you know all the features from the game and all of then are working fine.
hell you may need to discovery all the secrets from the game and make sure they are all working.
that is why an Q/A from valve or the game developer is important.
just imagine the "tri-force from ocarina of time" being possible to get all those years, but the problem was that people where playing the game on an bad emulator and never realized.
btw who remember back in the days with so many hoax about the tri-force being possible to get?
