The growth of the linux community on steam is good, but lower than the Steam community. Months agos, there was 600 000 linux users, now we are 1 000 000. That's good.

EON ports have bad performances, but if all linux developpers or "porters" contributes to the main developpement of linux's kernel, this is a good thing for me. They understand what a free-libre software is.

Valva has completed their Linux port of Source Engine, and the performances are good, and better than windows... So the critic is about recent ports of non native engines... I think the linux gaming is on his 1st phase, testing the market, testing the public... With native engines we will have best performances.
