Looks Like LIMBO Is Now Being Ported Natively To Linux Thanks To Icculus
6 June 2014 at 12:55 pm UTC

So Playdead hired Icculus to bring Limbo to Linux natively at some point in 2014 when the game came out for Windows in July of 2010. That, plus the news about Trine, makes CD Projekt RED seem really lazy considering how The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings was handled.

Quoting: liamdaweIt will support "cross-play" which is online gaming with Steam titles that support it as well.
I am not sure what this means. Is it now a feature to play PC games online with other PC gamers?
A lot of games on Steam use steam servers, meaning if you had a drm free version with online you wouldn't be able to play together. This means for GOG cross-play games you will be able to.

Quoting: GOGMultiplayer notice: The DRM free version of Brutal Legend is single-player only.
Does that mean that once Galaxy hits, this particular title and others like it will finally get online multiplayer?

Why only Half-Life: Source and not Half-Life? Is it because one uses Source and the other uses Goldsrc? They look identical. The only difference is physics.

Open Source FPS/RTS Hybrid Unvanquished Alpha 28 Released

Quoting: liamdaweUnvanquished sure is one of the prettiest open source games around isn't it?
Quite right. This makes me wonder why Phoronix hasn't added the game to the Phoronix Test Suite for benchmarking. Is it because the game constantly changes and therefore wouldn't provide a stable means for benchmarking?
