Quoting: michaIt runs fine for you?

It crashes for me with some Java manifest missing in the bundled JRE. Submitted a bug report (which itch.io makes super easy thankfully), so let's see. =)
As mentioned, you need that 32bit lib at the top of the article, otherwise it doesn't run without it. Even with it, you need to launch it directly (not through itch client). I had the same problems until I did that, developer has been made aware of it.

Ah thx. Those who read clearly have an advantage.. =)

Aftercharge, a new competitive FPS that should get Linux support sounds very interesting

Always find it fishy if DEVs claim to support Linux and only have Windows in the supported platform list on the game's Steam page. Besides the twitter conversation reads as if they won't (try to) build a Linux anytime soon..

Well, let's see. Maybe it will be a pleasant surprise next year.

Feral Interactive are teasing a new Linux port, bring on the speculation

It's 'Rise of the Tomb Raider' or 'NieR:Automata'.

Why? Because of Feral's Square Enix relationship and because a lot of ppl ask for both every chance they get.. ;-)

Albion Online's big final beta 'Hector' update has launched, it has issues on Linux

Quoting: liamdaweNote: The Launcher seems to be having issues right now. The game will only launch for me if I run the game directly, without the launcher. To even get that far I had to edit the preferences file to have my correct resolution which can be found here:
/home/liam/.config/unity3d/Sandbox Interactive GmbH/Albion Online Client/prefs
Seems like the launcher needs wider testing on Linux, if they want a smooth release next month. I've had it confirmed from others in our IRC and my emails that their launcher is having major issues. Some can't even update their game. I imagine this might be related to the Unity engine bug other developers had recently, which has been fixed in the latest version of Unity.

Unfortunately, a Unity bug is causing these issues ( https://issuetracker.unity3d.com/issues/linux-input-dot-mouseposition-returns-infinity-or-nan-in-fullscreen-mode ). It was known shortly before the release but we decided to go with in since we found two rather simple workaround which were communicated to community via the forum I believe.

Either you can:
* Delete /home/liam/.config/unity3d/Sandbox Interactive GmbH/Albion Online Client/prefs before every start (but you'll loose all setting change you made in game)
* Select window mode (instead of fullscreen) before starting the game with the launcher (also every time unfortunately)

We understand it annoying and are sorry for that. If you find any other problems please let us/me know!

Stardock CEO asking to see interest in Ashes of the Singularity: Escalation on Linux with Vulkan

So Ashes of the Singularity is in the current Humble Monthly.. So my guess is half the the ppl responding with +1 in the list will already own it once released on Linux officially. Probably not even counting as a Linux sale. ;-)

DLCs might still be worth it for them. Maybe.

I mean it's just a feeling, I might be totally wrong here. Still, I would have bought it directly on Steam and no I won't / don't have to.
