yeah their reddit interactions is commendable and the demo also pretty nice for a really early stage.
F1 2016 won't be coming to Linux, as sales of F1 2015 weren't strong enough

Fair point. I bought F1 2015 just to support Feral but only played it for <1h since it's not my type of game. So I'd prefer them spent their resources rather on other Linux ports.
What's a bit frightening though is that obviously doing a Mac port now seems not to reduce the cost of a Linux port drastically anymore. Probably due to Metal.
And ofc that their radar is an Apple device atm! :-(

I played ~3h in 2 sessions of roughly equal length. Not a single crash or glitch so far!
Really enjoy this game and looking forward to the weekend for more. =)
FYI: I played through SteamLink on the TV but streaming from my Ubuntu notebook. So all Linux.

Maybe I missed something but on launch the EA version didn't have much more content than the demo. On the positive side, controls are super good and works great with the Steam Controller. Also it's running great performance wise.
