Interesting, so it might even be that case that it's an issue with the Steam controller mainly and they understandably want to release it working perfectly.
Also in relation with the news about SFV releasing with special support for the Steam controller, Valve seems to be quiet involved in the ports and integration which is nice.

On Dec 1st they release an update with Official Portal/ Rocket League Crossover.
Since Valve is involved my hopes are high that this update also brings SteamOS/Linux support. Would be a shame otherwise to miss out on the Portal themed items!

Essentially there are PVP enabled zones and those which can be considered safe. Leave the latter at you own risk ;-)

Quoting: TheBossQuoting: KeyrockBut PvP can happen anywhere? If so, I'm out.
I believe it is PvP anywhere, as that's part of the point of territories and having to defend them.

I also prefer shorter games instead of repeating grind.. and I absolutely loved the first ones.
I have a small dilemma though: I really want to DRM free version in addition the steam key, which I can get via the humble store. However, there it is listed as Windows only. So my guess is it will *not* count as a Linux purchase.
I noticed while buying the Beginners Guide via the Humble store for the same reason that there is not OS selection for which the purchase for counts - can select that for bundles IIRC..

I just started the game after a 2-3 weeks break and new half approx. half the framerate. Turning off / lowering gfx config under advanced settings has almost no effect. The gae used to run at ~50fps at HIGH settings and now I got ~15fps (high) and -25fps (low). It still displays the the nvidia gpu's name so I don;t really now how to make it playable again. Also got 100GB free disk space (was maybe 150GB two weeks ago since I installed other games since).

well, the graphics actually look worse than most last gen shooters atm. So not really a great advertisement for UE4.. still looking forward to newer versions. =)
