it's easy download latest D9VK version here
Then go to the folder where your steam games are and look for the Proton folder of the version you want to replace, let's say it is Proton 4.2, extract the D9VK file and replace those in /Proton 4.2/dist/lib/wine/dxvk and /Proton 4.2/dist/lib64/wine/dxvk
In the Proton 4.2 folder there is a file named proton, edit it to replace the line:

Quoting: NanobangIs it possible (or even recommended ?) to use D9VK with Proton-as-SteamPlay (as opposed to, say, Proton-as-separate WINE alternative)? If so, how would a varmint like me go about making that happen?

it's the offer of the day effect on steam in action, being on sale in the front page get you a lot more sale especially if your game is considered to be cool rather than being buried with hundreds of others games on the sales pages.

According to this link 418.56 is the current long-lived branch, and that probably make 430.09 the new current official release, but the page did not seems to be up to date.
I guess none of them are super stable and come with it's own batch of bugs :)

i'm not sure about this but i think evoland 2 was not ported to linux because adobe dropped the linux support for air, i know the first one was made with adobe air, not sure about the second one.
i tested it yesterday for a few minutes and it is working fine except for the menu who doesn't fit on the windows, once the window is at full size it's ok, plus there is no option for sound, video, etc
