Isnt the rtheory on MS's buying spree that they are adding developers to theuir roster in order to bolster the XBox ones lackluster exclusive offerings. So sadly I would expect most of these developers to now code for Xbox exclusively or at the evry least any otehr platform would be further down the foodchain more than it already is.
What Linux games are you looking forward to this year? Here's my top picks

I mean that doesnt negate being british; Scotland Wales England And Norther Ireland are all British; though many may self identify with their constiuent nation over the union.
To be fair the whole place is a mess of geographical and politcal terms!
the British Ilses comprises of 2 major geographical locations of:
Great Britain - Containing the countries of England Wales & Scotland
Ireland - Containing the countires of Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland
On top of that you have 2 political entities:
United Kingdom Of Great Britain and Northern Ireland; comprising of England, Wales, Scotland & northern Ireland; typically these are who the nationality "British" refers to; though see point above about people refering to themselves by the constiuent nation instead.
Republic of Ireland; typically referred to as Irish.
Here endith the summary geo-political lessons of the day!
EDIT: The game looks pretty good to, will keep an eye on it and when I have some time may pick it up.

Wicher 3 does work, though there are a few outstanding issues as DXVK doesnt support streaming output needed by Witcher 3, yo can check out the following forum thread for a bit more info on how witcher 3 on wine with either wine3d or DXVK is progressing.

Oh I agree the whole thing is tiresome, I dont engage in it at all usually, I was just curious about what zimplex1 was referencing, that said I fail to see how the inclusion of 'They' when He/She remain a choice, and from the lets plays I have watched he is default, in anyway shape or form affects how someone can enjoy a game.
THat said as a KS backer I eagerly await the Linux release as the brief viewings of the Let's Plays I have seen make me want to dive in and play.

OK, someone is going to have explain these 2 points to me:
1. Forced diversity?
2. the "They" issue
#1, I have no idea what its about
#2, Ok its a pronoun that is gender neutral, is that the issue? I mean it still has he/she yes?

Quoting: zimplex1I can't in good conscience support this game; not with the forced diversity and the "they" issue.

Note only that from the kickstarter update it says they are looking at adding options to increase combat speed themselves, so by the time we see it in 1-3 months hopefully they will have patched in a lot of QOL improvments and bugfixed nicely.
Not that I wouldnt have preferred a day-1 release, but I backed on KS so just have to wait for it to appear in my steam library.

Quoting: [email protected]On the long animation times, modders are already disecting the configs to change the animation speeds and take out the pauses.
