Quoting: buckysrevengeI saw on the Steam forums that someone changed the wincfg from Windows 10 to Windows 7 and that fixed it for them, I haven't tested it out myself.

Just done this and it works! Ping is currently way too high through :-)

Quoting: Retrograde_i486Also loaded up with Proton-6.15-GE-2 just fine here if anyone uses that.

Oh and to skip the obnoxious 6 intro videos put this as a launch option in Steam: -skipmovies

Thank you for this! They were bugging me :-)

Steam Play tool Luxtorpeda gets some needed upgrades and better KDE Plasma support

For anyone still having trouble with KDE Plasma dialogs, I found that if I changed 'default' to 'zenity' in config.json then my games magically launched! My Plasma setup normally has no issues but with this version of luxtorpeda the kdialog box would not function at all.

Quoting: m2mg2Got a link to the details on that? It is fixed in a specific wine version or is it fixed outside wine?

See this thread.

Quoting: m2mg2It appears the fix that made Roblox work in Linux also stopped working on the 12th. My son got a whole month of Roblox on Linux before it broke again.

It's already been fixed and a new Roblox-patched wine version can be sourced from the Grapejuice Discord channels.

Quoting: deathxxxEnough of Warhammer ports! Is there no other games left?

https://www.feralinteractive.com/en/linux-games/

There's actually quite a mix in there.

I count eight Total War games, so almost a third of the games in that list are TW! Four in the list carry the name Warhammer; you can see how some might think that all Feral port are TW and Warhammer games. Shame Feral couldn't have signed up for some more varied franchises as I might have spent more with them.

Looks like Splitgate will be the next 'big thing' FPS supported on Linux

The only major issue that I've had is that the game is gaining popularity which means sometimes I cannot log in to the server due to overload!

Really fun when it gets going though. I seem to be mostly matched with Poles and Germans judging by the choices of username and they all seem to be very much more nimble-fingered than middle-aged me :-)

EDIT: speeling.

I'm keeping an eye on this one as I have a soft spot for Apogee and I also like platformers. Secret Agent HD was a great surprise :-)

QuoteCurrently it's limited to United States, Canada, European Union, and the United Kingdom with more regions becoming available in 2022.

Nothing for Norway then (or Switzerland, or Iceland or Luxemburg)? Or is this just a ploy to make us join the EU?

We in the UK left the EU and can order it, so they're sending mixed messages ;-)
