This puts me in mind of Advanced Lawnmower Simulator for the ZX Spectrum back in the day. I think it came free on a magazine cover cassette!

I appreciate that we would prefer a native version but it seems to work all right on Wine. Have only played a few minutes so far, though.

A lot later than expected, but the open-world pirate RPG 'Tempest' is now in Beta for Linux

They don't seem to have replied to any of the comments on Steam yet :-(

Quoting: NeoTheFoxI loved this game, but IMO the stealth sections were uncalled for. They were tedious and not interesting. Everything else was amazing. Linux-ck with MuQSS really helps with lag spikes in this game btw.

Yes, I was a bit confused when I met the stealth sections. I wasn't expecting the big angry cyborg to suddenly pick me up and stomp me!

I see that Linux-ck and MuQSS are packages for Arch. I'll have to see if there's anything similar for OpenSUSE.

Glad I wasn't the only one fighting the mouse movement! I enjoyed the game but found the final acts a little scripted as there was less investigation and just more outright madness. All-in-all a solid game, though.

Riskers, the game inspired by classic GTA & Hotline Miami arrives on Linux

Bought Riskers this evening and whilst it looks promising, the offset cursor issue is very irritating, as it the lack of official controller support.

Will keep following for the time being, though, as it is my kind of thing!
