This means that with vulkan, performance is degraded by compositor, image quality also (stuttering...) and G-SYNC can't work because it needs compositor off. And no support to address this issue from nvidia.
Officially, Kepler supports vulkan and support g-sync.

1) Inspect the source code and see if there are evil things inside.
2) Use the original project when it was not yet mantained by Facebook:

Just another good reason to use nvidia gpu as a render offload device only :-)
