It really looks and sounds like Thunderforce IV on the Sega Megadrive (Genesis), it's an "instabuy" for me :)

Actually, I'm playing Prey (2017) through Proton, and it's a fantastic game.
The gameplay, the level design, the story, it has everything.
To me, it's the best solo story-driven FPS I've played since Bioshock Infinite.

I'm curious to see if a significant amount of players leave Steam this month in order to play some Epic's exclusives... What will be the effect on the Steam Linux share ?

On PC Fortnite can be considered as an Epic Store exclusive.

Quoting: ShmerlFrom what I've heard, exclusives are dying out in consoles space. It makes zero sense for developers to limit their reach. I.e. as a developer you want to sell in all stores to reach more users. At least for independent developers, who aren't controlled by the store itself.Third party exclusives are dying, but not first party which are increasing.

Not only it crashes with unity games, but it also freeze The witcher 3 with DXVK (with a mutex deadlock) :
It's the same with the old DXVK version which was working fine before, so it's not a new bug from the latest DXVK version.
The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt\bin\x64\witcher3.exe: ../nptl/pthread_mutex_lock.c:434: __pthread_mutex_lock_full: Assertion `robust || (oldval & FUTEX_OWNER_DIED) == 0' failed.

The performances offered by DXVK compared to the openGL renderer are stratospheric.
I just tested it with The Witcher 3, and it brings the game from barely playable to totally enjoyable.
There are probably still some optimisations to do, but it's definitely a huge improvement. I don't know if it will be included in the Wine main branch any time soon so, because they need to support older DX versions as well (like DX9 and DX10), while they actually only support DX11.

It's really sad to ear they have it, but they didn't release it because of some obscure decisions made by their (misinformed ?) management.
What a shame really... :(
