EPIC store does not support Linux.

The other day on Twitter someone asked them about Proton on the Epic store, they said they couldn't because of the tech they used. But then went on to say they were hiring Linux people... I guess that doesn't necessarily mean they will be working on a client but its something.

Wow, that song certainly changed half way through. Looks interesting.

I had some issues getting the demo going (as they mentioned on their download page). I vaguely recall other Visionaire games being a bit iffy on Linux too.

I'd be interested to try when all the kinks are worked out.

Reminds me a bit of Overlord, which isn't a bad thing. Was fun to be the bad guy.

Quoting: Purple Library Guywho know enough to know there are other, enemy, "teams" out there.

Hats off to you Purple Library Guy, that whole post is bang on. Although Linux users have been known to be just as tribal. Same as Win vs Mac vs Linux...iPhone vs Android... PS4 vs Xbox. Its all pretty stupid when you think about it. Just like what you want to like.

I've had the same video card for a while now. There just doesn't seem to be a need to upgrade! I think it's mainly due to consoles, but maybe Vulkan will give it an extra little bit of life too.

Weird. I've got a Nvidia GPU but have never seen that screen corruption issue before. Nice to see it fixed though.

Quoting: PatolaI can't see a good reason why anyone with a reasonable budget wouldn't make it 3D nowadays

It would ruin this game like it ruined QFG 5.

Quoting: razing32Don't AGS games run like crap on linux ? Or am I wrong ?

I run them with Wine/Proton instead of a native AGS, and they seem to work fine.

I really wanted to like Hero-U (and still put a number of hours into it) but I fall into the category of people who find it off-putting. I loved the QFG games, but having a timed adventure/RPG was just a kick in the pants.

I liked the characters (even romanced one) and the combat was fine - I just wish you weren't rushed! Felt more like "Jones In The Fast Lane" than QFG.
