That's a great idea.
Since they are complete are there any must have mods (balance, immersion, quality of life, that sorry of thing)?

Loved X2.
If I'm being honest though, IWar2 had the best open world of any space sim. It also nailed the "space pirate" thing better than any other sim.
Elite Dangerous was very immersive. I loved the space stations, but the rest of it seemed.... Empty?
I remember in x2 that managing your company got a little... Frustrating. Is it much better? I did love tangling with pirates and capturing ships. Can you still do that? I'm more small business than business empire. What. Was I tow truck company? Lol

Glad you like it. Do you think it would be ok for a more casual gamer? We're not exactly action gamers by any stretch in my household.

While I'm not interested in Stadia myself, I must admit it has some very interesting possibilities.
One that's really interesting to me is the potential to use low powered devices. Gaming is still a luxury and bing able to play a game nice game without dropping A LOT of money on a computer seems to potentially bring high end gaming to a lot of people that couldn't afford it otherwise.
Although to be honest, the subscription fee and cost of a fast enough internet connection to run stadia still place this in the luxury tier, much like all the fancy VR stuff.
That said, if it maintains some success and with the gradual increase in internet speeds worldwide, it had the potential to reach a lot of people (hopefully with a lower subscription fee). It could gain traction in a lot of places where the traditional game market doesn't even bother looking.
I wonder if it's "ahead of it's time" so to speak

I'll admit, I'm in the RGB hater club, but I do appreciate the tasteful idea of changing the backlight based on situation.
I just want one that doesn't accumulate cruft. A dim backlight would be nice for low light situations.
Part of me would want a numpad, but if I'm being honest, I don't use it outside of my job and I'll keep my issued keyboard for that.

I've used Nextcloud for several years and before that, owncloud.
Ehhh, I'm not sure I would recommend them. They are great if you simply needed some online storage, but you could do that with SAMBA or NFS.
Sadly, thier mobile apps on Android are abysmal. Trying to edit a text file results in data loss. You need a DAV connector for calendar and contacts, which is also lossy. Calendar events I enter will regularly disappear. Last time I got a new phone, somehow Nextcloud lost dozens contacts. The mobile app erased 20 years of data out of a text file I was trying to read when it decided that me reading, must mean I'm updating it to be blank and overwrote it.
On top of it, it's extremely slow on mobile (less so on desktop). Files browsing takes forever. My little server isn't super fast, but it shouldn't take 30 seconds to tell me the contents of a folder containing five items. Especially when all the info is in a SQL database on an SSD.
Desktop sync, on the other hand, works really well. It's fast and responsive to changes, updated files are, well, updated within seconds. I actually really like it for that.
